Some things can only be thought but cannot be said; if they are said, they can’t even think about it...
It has cooled down, and the night is very cold.
In the cold wind, I suddenly thought of Zheng Zhihua's "Escape from Single" and "Book of Regrets".
"Repentance"……
Continuing my journey with tomato sauce, tonight, it’s tomato meatball soup. "

Tomato Meatball Soup

1. Put the meatballs into the pot with cold water, add the cooking wine and ginger slices to the pot, rinse them out and set aside.

2. Cut the tomato skin with a cross knife, blanch it in boiling water, peel and dice it for later use.

3. Slice ginger and garlic, two spoons of cooking wine, two spoons of Heinz ketchup, and half a spoon of sugar to make a sauce for later use.

4. Warm the pan with cold oil, add the ginger and garlic slices in the oil and stir fry for a nice flavor.

5. Add the diced tomatoes and stir fry to get the juice.

6. Pour in the sauce and stir fry until bubbling.

7. Pour in an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.

8. Add the meatballs to a boil over high heat, turn to medium heat and simmer until the meatballs are mature.

9. Collect the sauce over high heat until the soup is thick, add salt and chicken essence to the pot according to taste.

Tips:

Ps:

1. Many children's shoes are not blanched when making this soup. The reason why I blanch the water is to remove the foam and make the soup brighter.

2. Except for cooking wine and tomato sauce, there is no other seasoning that can keep the soup red and bright.

3. Collect the juice until the soup is thick.
