Tomato Meatball Soup

It's better to choose pork belly.

Chop all ingredients, add starch, eggs, light soy sauce and salt and stir.

Bring the water to a boil, use a spoon to put a spoonful of the stirred meat into the boiling water, boil and remove.

Stir-fry the ingredients in a hot pan, add tomatoes and stir fry after fragrant.

Stir-fry tomatoes for 5 minutes, add water and meatballs, boil on high heat and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.

Add light soy sauce and salt out of the pot.
Tips:
Stir the meat thoroughly. If the soup is too sour, add some sugar.
