A person’s lunch doesn’t want to cook, turn over the refrigerator, there are two tomatoes, a small piece of corn and a little lean meat, hehe! Enough for an umami noodle soup.

Tomato Noodles with Sliced Pork

1. Add lean meat slices, add oyster sauce, salt, oil, cornstarch, and marinate

2. Take the corn kernels with a knife, and chop the parsley

3. The tomatoes are blanched in boiling water for a while to remove the skin

4. Cut into half moon shapes

5. Boil the noodles in water, cook for about 2 minutes, remove and drain the water, put it in a large bowl

6. Cook, remove and drain the water, and put into a large bowl

7. Heat the oil in another pot, sauté the ginger, add some hot water to boil

8. Add corn kernels and tomatoes, add salt, and cook for a few minutes to soften the tomatoes and turn them into color.

9. Cooked meat

10. Sprinkle with parsley at the end, drizzle tomato corn meat slices with sugar on the noodles and start eating

Tips:

Remember to add some parsley to the whole bowl of noodle soup will greatly enhance the taste!
