Tomato Pimple Soup
1.
Chopped tomatoes. The size is determined according to personal taste. I like the sour taste of tomatoes, but I don't like to eat ripe tomatoes, so I chopped them up.
2.
One egg is scattered. I made one serving, so the quantity is one by one~ You can increase it as you see fit. Add a little oil after stirring, so that the beaten egg flower is more beautiful.
3.
Put the flour in a large bowl, add water in portions, and stir quickly to form lumps. I like to eat chewy pimple, if you like to eat small pieces, you can read my other recipe, pearl soup
4.
Chopped chopped chopped cabbage, the more chopped the better, just play the role of color matching to increase the taste, adding chopped green onion also tastes very good, add according to personal preference, you can not add it if you don’t like it~
5.
Add oil to the pan to heat up, add the diced tomatoes and stir-fry until the ketchup feels out, then add water. If your tomatoes are hard and not easy to mash~ you can add some salt, or use a spatula to press and fry~
6.
Add water and bring the fire to a boil. It doesn't matter if some parts are still small. Just simmer it. The amount of water is determined according to personal preference, if it is used as a staple food, it will be less, and if it is used as an appetizer, it will be more.
7.
After the tomato soup is boiled, use your hands to open up the small bumps and put it into the pot. Be careful not to stick ~ otherwise, it may be a big pile of noodles out of the pan. Don’t stir it immediately after putting it in the pot, cook it for a while and then stir it to prevent a pot of paste from being harvested~
8.
After the lumps are formed, add the egg flower, and after the egg flower is formed, add the shredded coleslaw~ I eat it as the staple food of dinner, so it looks thicker~ After the cauliflower is put in the pot, add salt to season it, and it can be out of the pot~
Tips:
The amount of water in the pimple soup should be relatively more. After all, the flour is more absorbent, and the more it is boiled, the thicker it will be~
