Tomato Poached Fish

This is my first time to fillet fish, make pickled fish, and take out a part of the fillet to make the baby not spicy. If you want to know the steps of filling fish, please refer to the previous recipe of pickled fish.

Fish fillets, mix well with white pepper powder and starch, and marinate for ten minutes. In fact, cooking wine should be used, which just ran out. If it’s too dry, add some egg white or cooking oil

Cut and set aside

Tomatoes cut into small pieces

Hot pot with cold oil,

70% hot saute the onion, ginger, garlic, add seasoning (dried ginger powder aniseed powder and pepper powder), just a little bit, baby lighter

Add the fish bones and fish ribs and fry until the color changes.

Add tomato cubes, stir-fry well, add a little light soy sauce

Add water and boil on high heat

Cook for a few minutes

Add fish fillets

Boil again for three to five minutes, and the fish can be out of the pot when it is cooked.
Tips:
This dish and pickled fish are made at the same time, because the baby is afraid of spicy, so I picked out some fish fillets and made them directly. For the detailed method of filling fish, please refer to the pickled fish recipe.
