Tomato Pork Ribs Soup

Soak the tomatoes in boiling water for about two minutes, remove the skin of the tomatoes

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, wash the ribs and blanch them in boiling water

Skim the foam on the surface, remove the ribs and rinse again; put the rinsed ribs into the pot and add enough water

Add ginger slices and cooking wine, boil and simmer on low heat for an hour

Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in the pot, add tomatoes and stir fry a few times. When you see the juice from the tomatoes, pour it into the ribs soup and continue to cook for about 3 minutes.

Add salt and pepper to taste and serve
