Tomato Pork Ribs Soup

Boil the ribs after washing, and then rinse again.

Soak the tomatoes in boiling water for about two minutes, peel them and cut into pieces;

Slice ginger, cut green onion into sections

Peel and wash the bitter lotus

Add clean water to the pot, pour the blanched ribs, boil to remove the blood foam, add ginger slices and green onions, boil and simmer for an hour on low heat.

Pour tomatoes and bitter lotus into the ribs soup, continue to boil on high heat, and simmer for about 30 minutes

Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
Tips:
1. The ribs should be crispy, inseparable from a long time of low heat and slow simmering, but can not be anxious, usually go home at night without so much time, switch to a pressure cooker for 15 minutes;
