Tomato Pork Ribs Soup

Boil the ribs in a pot under cold water to remove blood foam.

Wash the fried ribs with warm water.

Put the ribs in a casserole, add enough water, wash the ginger and put it in the casserole, clean the grass fruit, put it in the casserole together, and boil on high heat.

After the water is boiled, carefully skim off the froth and simmer for 2 hours on low heat.

Wash the tomatoes, draw a circle with a knife on the root and a cross on the tip.

Blanch the tomatoes with boiling water for a few minutes, the skin of the tomatoes will fall off easily.

Cut peeled tomatoes into pieces.

After the ribs are simmered for 2 hours, add tomatoes and continue to simmer for half an hour.

Just add an appropriate amount of salt.
Tips:
1. It is best to peel the tomatoes for the stew. Use a knife to make a circle on the root of the tomato and make a cross at the tip. The skin will soon fall off after boiling it for a while.
2. This soup doesn't need extra seasoning, just a little ginger and a little salt. I also put a grass fruit, which is my own habit of stewing soup, so you don't need to put it.
