Tomato Pork Ribs Soup

Wash the raw materials for later use

Cut tomatoes and carrots into small pieces. Slice ginger, cut green onion into sections, set aside.

Put the ribs in a casserole, add green onion, ginger slices, carrot pieces, appropriate amount of water, boil, and add tomatoes.

After the high heat is boiled, turn to low heat and simmer for about an hour until the ribs are rotten. Add tomato sauce, salt and sugar to taste.
