Tomato Potato Oxtail Soup

The oxtail bones I bought at Tmall supermarket are not bad

Thaw and soak in clean water for half an hour to let the blood melt out

Sliced green onion and sliced ginger

Boil in a pan under cold water and remove

Add the cooking wine onion and ginger

Remove and rinse

Boil in a pot under cold water for two and a half hours

Tips:
1. Be sure to boil cold water and wash it clean
2. Pay attention to the blood foam during the stewing process
3. Add a little salt after simmering for two hours
