Tomato Puree

Wash one tomato.

Put the tomatoes in a small pot and pour in boiling water. It is best if you have not had the tomatoes. Take them out a few minutes later, being careful not to burn them.

Peel and pedicle, cut open, remove seeds, cut into small pieces, put in a cooking stick container, and smash.

Do not add water. Tomatoes have a lot of moisture, so you can freeze them after filling them.
