Tomato Sauce Potato Chips

Wash the tomatoes and cut into hob blocks

Cut the potatoes into slices and blanch them in water to remove the starch and make the potatoes softer

Add oil to the cold pan, add garlic to the pan after heating the oil to taste

Add tomatoes and stir fry until juicy

Add potato chips and stir fry so that the juice of the tomatoes is fully in contact with the potatoes

Add a small amount of tomato sauce, salt, sugar and chicken essence and stir fry for 1 minute.

Tips:
1. Potatoes can be blanched in advance, so that it is not easy to paste the pot during the frying process, and it is easier to soften;
2. Add a little tomato sauce at the end, or you can add water to dilute it. I chose Heinz tomato sauce, which tastes good.
