Tomato Sauce Tofu

Prepare a piece of tofu.

Cut tofu into pieces of uniform size and thickness.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, heat the oil to eight layers, and add tofu.

Fry both sides until slightly yellow and serve.

Make good gorgon juice. (I forgot to take the photo of adjusting the juice) Add two spoons of tomato sauce, one spoon of starch, one spoon of oyster sauce, half a spoon of salt, and a small amount of water and mix well. Then pour the gorgon juice into the pot. After the gorgon juice is boiled, pour into the tofu. Then add three star anises.

When the soup is almost dried, add green garlic leaves.

Remove from the pan and sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds.

Tips:
The white sesame seeds are freshly roasted, so they will be more fragrant.
