Tomato Sauce Tofu

Tofu diced

Deep fry at 6 or 70% oil temperature until golden brown and remove for use
3.
Pour a little water and sweetened tomato sauce in the pot
4.
Heat and stir until foamy and viscous
5.
Pour in the fried tofu and stir fry evenly
6.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion
