Tomato Scrambled Eggs

Prepare the ingredients and clean them

Cut tomatoes and green peppers into hob pieces. Beat the eggs into egg liquid, put in an appropriate amount of water and a few drops of rice vinegar for later use

Tips:
1. Add appropriate amount of water or vinegar to the eggs, the fried eggs will be fragrant and tender;
2. Just add salt to this dish, no need to add seasonings such as monosodium glutamate chicken essence;
3. Boil the pot with green peppers, the taste is different.
