Tomato Scrambled Eggs

Prepare two tomatoes and two eggs!

Beat the eggs, put the hot oil in the pan, fry for a minute, and serve!

Cut the tomatoes, heat them in the pan, stir-fry for a minute and add some salt to force out the moisture of the tomatoes!

After the tomatoes are cooked, put the scrambled eggs into the pot and fry them together! Just add the coriander and chopped green onion!

There is no juice left!
