Tomato Sea Fish

First, clean the fish. After the scales and internal organs are cleaned, put an appropriate amount of cooking wine and salt into a basin to spread evenly, and set aside to marinate.

Wash the tomatoes, cut into slices, wash the green onion, ginger, and garlic and put them on the plate for later use. Wash the cabbage and cut into small pieces for later use.

Pour in the right amount of edible oil and heat it for seven minutes, add the onion, ginger, garlic, and pepper to fragrant.
