Tomato Seafood Soup
1.
1. Wash the tomatoes and cut into pieces, remove the shrimp thread and black thread from the shrimp, and wrap the shrimp shell with a cloth separately (you can put it in the soup and boil it to allow the soup to absorb calcium). Chop the shrimp heads and set aside, chopped green onion and garlic.
2.
I use a casserole because it is not easy to dry when cooking. Put a little oil in the pot, and add the minced garlic after it is brought to a boil.
3.
Smell the garlic and add tomatoes, add 100ML of water to boil for 10 minutes after the tomato juice is exceeded.
4.
Add the shrimp shells, shrimp heads, and shrimp bodies wrapped in a cloth and cook for 15 minutes.
5.
Before putting the clams, it is recommended to boil the clams with water separately (a few slices of ginger can be put in the water to remove the fishy smell), because they are bought together and have sand inside. Put the washed clams in a casserole and cook for one minute to get out of the pot.
6.
Take out the shrimp shells wrapped in cloth, sprinkle a little salt and chopped green onion. Delicious
