Tomato, Seaweed and Winter Melon Soup

An appropriate amount of winter melon, peel and remove the flesh and wash.

Cut into small dices.

Bring a proper amount of water to a boil, add the diced winter melon and boil until it is ripe.

Half a tomato, cut into small pieces.

Put in a small pot and cook for a minute or two to turn off the heat.

Add seaweed, coriander, ginger, pour in some light soy sauce, and serve the oden seasoning powder for seasoning.

Just drizzle with sesame oil.
