Tomato Shrimp

Wash the sea prawns, cut off the prawns and legs, and remove the prawn threads. Cut the green onion, sliced ginger and set aside.

Put the bottom oil in the wok and add the sea prawns.

Fry until the sea prawns change color and a little red oil appears.

Serve the fried sea prawns and set aside.
