Tomato Shrimp Lump Soup

Night orchid (night scented flower) wash

Chop green onions, and peel and dice tomatoes.

The flour is slowly added to the water and stirred into a flocculent shape. (I have more water and it will become a ball.)

Beat the eggs.

Marinate the shrimp with cornstarch and cooking wine to remove the fishy.

Put a little oil in the pan and fry the diced tomatoes.

Add 2 rice bowls of water to a boil.

Add the shrimp and noodles and stir while cooking.

Add night scented flowers and chopped green onions.
10.
Continue to boil, season with salt and chicken powder.

Simple and quick, add some white pepper when eating, the flavor is better.
