Tomato Shrimp Lump Soup

Wash the shrimps, remove the shrimp threads, add a little salt, cooking wine, ginger and dried starch;

Grab evenly and marinate for a while;

Wash tomatoes and cut into small cubes;

Scallions, chopped green onions, and divide into two; mince garlic;

Beat the eggs for later use;

Raise the wok, add a proper amount of peanut oil, heat up, add half of the chopped green onion, stir-fry on low heat to create a fragrance;

Add diced tomatoes and stir fry over high heat until the soup comes out;

Add appropriate amount of water;

Prepare gnocchi when cooking the soup: Put flour into a large bowl and drip water into it;

After boiling again, add some salt to taste;

Tips:
When stirring, always follow the same direction so that the soup will not leak.
