Tomato Shrimp Soup

Prepare fresh shrimp, remove the head, peel and leave the tail. Use a knife to split the shrimp in half from the back of the shrimp, but not completely cut it off. Cut the prawns into thin slices with wood stalks, add salt, cooking wine, ginger and spring onions for preparation.

2--3 tomatoes are peeled and cut into small pieces, and enoki mushrooms are washed and set aside (you can choose your favorite vegetables and mushrooms),

Heat oil in a pan, pour in the cut tomatoes, stir fry over medium-low heat, press the tomatoes with a spatula to produce the juice, and fry until the tomatoes are thick.

Add enoki mushrooms and stir fry evenly,

Add an appropriate amount of water and bring it to a boil,

Spread the starchy shrimp chips on top, cook for 3-4 minutes, add salt to taste and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
