It's the weekend, just make something delicious.
My family loves noodles, so I slowly simmered a pot of sirloin and made this noodles. It was super delicious. The beef was simmered slowly over a low fire, soft and fragrant, plus the noodles made by myself, and A bowl of beef stew soup makes life complete.

Tomato Sirloin Noodles

1. The sirloin is cleaned and soaked for half an hour to remove blood water, and then simmered in an automatic pot braising and crisping procedure. I added pepper and star anise, green onion, ginger, garlic

2. Remove the beef and let it dry slightly

3. The soup can’t be thrown away, and the impurities are filtered out for later use

4. Cut the beef into four cubes. The size depends on your liking. Mine is about 2 cm square.

5. Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices, and cut the tomatoes into small pieces

6. Add oil to the wok, sauté the shallots, add tomatoes and stir fry

7. Season with a little salt and fry into a paste

8. Add beef and shiitake mushroom slices and continue to stir fry for a while

9. Add the right amount of beef broth and bring to a boil

10. Use a noodle machine to make medium-thin noodles

11. Bring water to a boil in the soup pot, add the noodles and cook for about 1 minute

12. Remove, add appropriate amount of beef, and beef broth, the delicious sirloin noodles are ready

13. You can also add an appropriate amount of noodle soup, it becomes this kind of noodle soup, which is also delicious

Tips:

The beef is stewed in a casserole, but it is soft but not crispy. The pressure cooker is always too bad, I don’t like it
