For office workers, quick and delicious meals are the most popular. This braised pie is my favorite. The braised pie will become hard when left. Use tomatoes to stew it and it will become soft. The sourness of the tomatoes melts into it and puts it again. Some fried fragrant minced meat and celery, 15 minutes leftover pie, gorgeously transformed, simple delicacy also makes people nostalgic.

Ingredients

1. Cut the spring cake into strips, peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces, cut the cherry tomatoes in half, chop the celery, and chop the green onion and ginger.

2. When the pan is hot, pour peanut oil, add green onion and ginger to fry until fragrant, add pork filling, pour in soy sauce, cooking wine, white sugar and fry until fragrant

3. Pour some oil in the pan, heat it up, add the tomato cubes and fry until fragrant, add more water to the tomato and cook for about 5 minutes

4. Add cherry tomatoes, shredded pancakes, simmer on low heat, add salt, and add a little soy sauce (the color is nice)

5. Add minced meat and minced celery, turn it over twice after the water dries (to evaporate the water vapor)
