Tomato Stew

Peel the ginger and cut into large slices

Cut the pork tenderloin horizontally and cut into thin slices

Prepare 3g table salt and 5g brown sugar, white sugar is fine too

20g oil, used to fry tomatoes

The tomato is blanched in water first, to remove the skin, lazy people can omit it

Pour 20g of oil into the pot and heat it up

Add tomatoes and chopped green onion and stir fry until the tomatoes turn into a sauce

Then transfer the sauteed tomatoes to the saucepan

Add sugar, salt and ginger slices

Add 30g cooking wine or rice wine

Add pork tenderloin on top

Add 2 large cups, about 550ml, and then boil over high heat and simmer until there is basically no soup.
