Tomato Stewed Eggs

Wash the tomatoes with a cross knife, blanch them with hot water, and peel them.

Cut into small dices.
3.
Beat in 3 eggs and put in some salt.
4.
Stir well with chopsticks.
5.
Raise the pot and burn the oil.
6.
Heat the oil into a pot and simmer for five minutes.
7.
Cooked.
