Tomato Stewed Pomfret

First mince the ginger, tomato, and mince the garlic sprouts.

Wash the pomfret and marinate it with half of ginger and a little salt for 10 minutes.

After the fish is marinated, put a small amount of fried fish in a pot.

Fry the fish until golden brown and then take it out, sauté the minced ginger and tomato with the remaining oil of the fried fish.

Stir-fry the tomatoes for two minutes and add a small bowl of water.

When the water boils, add 1 tsp of soy sauce, half a spoon of chicken essence and half a spoon of salt.

Take a small pot and put the soup in it and then put the fish in the soup.

Add the garlic sprouts and cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
9.
Put it on the plate after cooking.
