Tomato Tofu Soup

Cut tomatoes and canned luncheon meat into small cubes, mince chives and coriander.

Stir the scallions.

Add luncheon meat cubes and stir fry.

Add the diced tomatoes and stir fry.

Stir the tomato diced into puree and add enough boiling water. After boiling, add the lactone tofu cut into small pieces.

Mix starch with water and mix thoroughly.

Add the lactone tofu and cook for about 10 minutes, add a spoonful of oyster sauce, and slowly adjust the water starch.
8.
Beat the eggs and slowly transfer them into the soup pot.
9.
Stir, add salt and pepper.
10.
Finally, add coriander and sesame oil to serve.
Tips:
Canned luncheon meat can be replaced with sausage or other chopped meat products.
