Ingredients

Tomato Tofu Soup

1. After peeling the corn, clean it and put it aside for later use;

2. Cut the soft tofu into equal cubes and wipe dry with a kitchen paper towel;

3. Wash the tomatoes and cut into pieces, and choose whether to remove the tomato skin according to personal preference;

4. Put the wok on the fire, pour in an appropriate amount of vegetable oil to heat, put the tofu cubes in the pan and fry on low heat until both sides turn yellow, then remove;

5. In a separate frying pan, put the tomatoes in the pan and fry them slightly, and pour in a proper amount of water;

6. Add corn kernels, pepper, green onion, shredded ginger, salt, and let the water boil;

7. After the soup is boiled, add the fried tofu cubes and cook slightly;

8. After the ingredients are cooked, add an appropriate amount of beef noodles;

9. Taste the taste before serving, and add in appropriate amount of salt;

Tips:

1. Soft tofu can be replaced with old tofu;
