Tomato Udon

1. Wash enoki mushrooms to control the moisture, and cut tomatoes into small pieces with a knife.

2. Warm the oil in a pan.

3. Pour the tomatoes and stir fry.

4. It feels like a sauce.

5. Add a chopstick head yellow lantern chili paste and continue to stir fry.

6. Add a bowl of water.

8. Add udon noodles.
