Tomato Udon

Wash enoki mushrooms to control the moisture, and cut tomatoes into small pieces with a knife.

Warm the oil in a pan.

Pour the tomatoes and stir fry.

It feels like a sauce.

Add a chopstick head yellow lantern chili paste and continue to stir fry.

Add a bowl of water.

After boiling, change to low heat and cook for one minute.

Add udon noodles.

After boiling the udon noodles, add enoki mushrooms, continue to cook for one minute, add salt and chicken essence, and then turn off the heat.
