Marinated tomatoes and eggs are a frequent visitor at my table. Hot in autumn and winter, cool in summer, served with mashed garlic juice, rubbed cucumber, and topped with sesame sauce. Adults and children love it. I made it myself, with plenty of tomatoes, thick soup, and chunks of eggs. Itโ€™s absolutely enjoyable to eat๐Ÿ˜‹"

Tomatoes and Eggs

1. Both stoves fired at the same time. Boil a small pot of water on the stove on the left side of the cooking pot, and boil the right amount of water on the stove on the right side of the wok.

2. Put a few peppercorns in the marinade to taste and set aside. (It can't be too salty, it will be put on the noodles in a while. I use chuo water instead of frying it in the tomato soup, just to keep it green and crispy.)

3. Beat 4 chai eggs into the bowl.

4. Hit twice. (You don't need to beat it too evenly, the fried eggs are white and yellow, and they are delicious and beautiful.)

5. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the wok, the oil is appropriately wide, and the fried eggs are tender and not old.

6. The oil is 80% hot, and the egg liquid is poured in. (Overheated eggs tend to batter.)

7. Use a spatula to shovel into an appropriate amount.

8. Sheng out and spare.

9. Jingjie washed and pinched the leaves for later use.

10. Cut green onion, shred ginger, and slice garlic.

11. A dozen peppercorns, 2 star anise, and one dried red pepper.

12. Put bottom oil in the wok separately.

13. Heat the oil and fry the pepper and star anise chili segments to create a fragrant flavor.

14. Add chopped green onion, ginger, garlic slices and fry for a nice aroma.

15. Pour the chopped tomatoes.

16. Use a spatula to fry and shovel into tomato puree.

17. The water in the boiling pot on the left stove is already boiling, scoop 3 bowls into the wok.

18. Boil the water quickly, and pour in the fried eggs.

19. 2 tablespoons of salt, some light soy sauce. (I made it for three people)

20. Stir evenly and marinate. The egg cannot be boiled all the time, otherwise the taste will not be good.

21. Put an appropriate amount of glutinous glutinous rice in the boiling water in a boiling pot, and boil twice after boiling. It can be fished into the bowl. Top with tomato and egg marinade, sprinkle with beans, and top with Jingjie leaves.

22. A bowl of authentic tomatoes and eggs fished for glutinous rice. If you like sesame sauce, put it on a little bit. The one in my house will just take the peeled garlic cloves, take a bite of roasting, and a bite of garlic. That's a fun ๐Ÿ˜
