Tomatoes with Onions

Wash the onions while roasting the tree tomatoes, cut a knife on the top and bottom of the onion, then peel off the onion slices and cut them into shredded onions.

Let the roasted tree tomatoes cool for a while, then peel them out and put them in a small bowl, and use a spoon to mash them.

Put a spoonful of fish sauce in a bowl of tree tomatoes.

Add a teaspoon of sugar and stir well.

Put the chopped onion into a large bowl and squeeze half a lime juice into it.

Pour the tuned tree tomato sauce into the onion bowl.

Add some chopped coriander and stir well, then marinate for two hours to remove the spiciness of the onion before serving.
Tips:
When mixing onions, you must use lime to remove the spicy flavor of the onions. The mixed onions should be marinated for a few hours before eating. If it is summer, you can put them in the refrigerator before eating them for a better taste.
