Bring water to a boil, add rice noodles and cook until soft.

Pour out the rice noodles and pass Lenghe.

Wash Chinese cabbage and cut into small pieces.

Peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces.

Soak the shrimp in light salt water to thaw, add cooking wine, and marinate with cornstarch.
