Prepare all materials.

Put all the ingredients in the pot.
4.
Pour in an appropriate amount of water, and after a quick wash, pour out the water. (My mother-in-law said not to wash, because I was afraid that the medicinal properties would be washed off, but I don’t think it would be dirty if I didn’t wash it, so I should wash it quickly.
5.
Then pour 500 grams of water.
6.
Bring to a boil on the stove, turn off the heat and soak to hand temperature for drinking.
7.
When there is a little water left at the bottom of the pot, you can add another pot of boiling water and soak again.
Tips:
My mother-in-law told me that this tea should not be drunk when the body is particularly weak or when people are particularly angry. It is also not suitable for women during menstruation. If some materials are not available, they can be omitted directly. But Astragalus, Codonopsis and Lycium barbarum must have it, and the others can be matched at will. Try to use ceramic pots or glass pots to make tea, the effect is better than iron pots or stainless steel pots. I brewed this tea twice, and after the two pouring, it basically didn't taste anymore. Soak a pot every day and drink it for about half a month will have a significant effect. Drink it for 15-20 days, not for too long.
