Tonkatsu is very popular. It used to be very delicious when there was no bread crumb. The spicy soy sauce for the dipping sauce bears the memory of many Shanghainese. Since the first try, I think this spicy soy sauce is served with tonkatsu. The dipping material can not only enhance the flavor but also reduce the greasy feeling.

Tips:

1. Spicy soy sauce tastes very weak, so the pork chops should be marinated with an appropriate amount of salt to make it taste better and taste better.
2. The thickness of the pork chops must be evenly tapped, and a small piece can be used to knock out a large piece of pork chop, so that when it is fried, it will be evenly heated and there will be no raw or cooked appearance. You can use the back of the knife to tap lightly if you don't have a tool for knocking pork chops.
3. When frying, put the pan in warm oil and fry on medium heat.
