Tonkatsu

Cut the tenderloin into pieces.

Flatten it with the back of a knife.
3.
Stagger the lines with the back of the knife to make them loose and tasty.

Put light soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, and salt to marinate for a while.

Sprinkle a layer of flour on both sides.

Put it in the egg and roll it again.
7.
Coated with bread crumbs on both sides.
8.
Fry in oil pan until light yellow on both sides.

Drain out.

Fry it again when you eat it.

Put the oil on the blotting paper to absorb the excess oil.

You can dip it in spicy soy sauce or ketchup when you eat it.
