Tonkatsu

Wash the pork chops, beat them loosely with the back of a knife, add appropriate amount of salt, onion, ginger, cooking wine, black pepper, and water starch to marinate the pork chops for more than three hours.

The pork chops are first glued with egg liquid, wrapped in breadcrumbs, placed in a frying pan, and fried until the surface is golden and fished out.

Sprinkle on the seasoning you like and you can start eating. I prefer the original flavor, so I didn't add it.
