Put the meat in the refrigerator and wait quietly for five hours.

Start preparing tonkatsu. Take out the marinated pork chops, prepare the flour and egg liquid. Bread crumbs. Begin to wrap the noodles, first apply a layer of flour, continue with a layer of egg liquid, then another layer, one layer of egg liquid, and one egg liquid for the last time.
