Toon Mixed with Bean Curd

Shred the bean curd, wash the coriander and cut into sections, mince the garlic, pour the chili oil into a bowl and set aside;

Put the bean curd in a large bowl, add boiling water to soak until the water is cool, squeeze the water and set aside;

Pluck the young stems and leaves of the toon, rinse them under running water, and then blanch them in a pot of boiling water for one minute, remove them and let them cool.

Squeeze the toon and finely chop it. Mix the bowl of juice: add light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, salt, monosodium glutamate, and sesame oil.

Put the squeezed bean shredded skin into a large bowl, add toon chopped toon, coriander, minced garlic, pour in chili oil, bowl of juice and mix well.
