1. A handful of fresh toon, remove the old roots, wash and set aside. A piece of fresh northern tofu.
2. Cut the tofu into cubes about one centimeter.
3. Put it in a pot of boiling water, add cooking wine and blanch for 3 minutes to remove.
4. Boil the processed toon in boiling water for one minute and remove it.
5. The blanched tofu and toon are cooled and dried in water.
6. Cut toon into small cubes.
7. Dried the tofu and put the excess water into a basin, put the cut toon in, sprinkle salt, monosodium glutamate, dripping sesame oil, and stir gently.
8. Just install it.
