Toon Mixed with Tofu-"tsubaki's Love" of Four Seasons

Ingredients: 50g pickled toon, 300g tofu, 10ml light soy sauce, 5ml Lee Kum Kee Tiancheng soy sauce, 5ml sesame oil.

Boil the tofu in boiling water and cool thoroughly, and cut into cubes.

Wash the toon, drain and cut into foam.

Put the tofu in a container, add light soy sauce and Tiancheng soy sauce.

Add sesame oil.

Mix evenly and marinate for 15 minutes.

Pour the toon foam into the bottom of the heart-shaped bowl.

The tofu is placed on top of the toon, and a layer of toon is compacted on top of the tofu.

Take a plate and clasp it on the bowl.

The plate is on the table, holding a heart-shaped bowl.
