Toon Scrambled Eggs

A handful of toon, after washing, let go and blanch in water, about a minute

After blanching and scalding, take it out and immediately put it in cold water, then drain the water and chop it for later use

Knock 3 eggs into the bowl and add some salt

Beat into egg liquid

Add the chopped toon and mix well

Add a proper amount of oil to the pot. After the oil is hot, add the egg toon mixture. After it has solidified, use a spatula to lightly scatter and stir-fry for a few times.
Tips:
Although toon is delicious, it contains nitrite, so be sure to blanch it with boiling water before eating!
