Toon Scrambled Eggs

Prepare raw materials;

After the toon changes color, remove and cut into small pieces for later use;

Put the toon powder into the egg and beat;

Heat the pan with cold oil, pour the toon egg liquid into the pan;

After frying until the shape is set, use chopsticks to cut into small pieces and put them on the plate, sprinkle with wolfberry on the surface.

Serve it.
Tips:
1 Adding a little cooking wine to the egg can not only remove the fishy smell, but also make the fried egg fluffy;
2. Add a few drops of oil and appropriate amount of salt when blanching the toon to make its color more emerald green;
3. Pay attention to the blanched toon at the end of the fried toon before putting it in, or the fried eggs will turn green like I did.
