Toothpick Beef

Cut beef into pieces, add oyster sauce and mix well

Add cooking wine to mutton

Put in light soy sauce

Add corn oil, mix well, and refrigerate for two hours. It can be a little longer and it will be more delicious. After marinating, skewers the meat with a toothpick.

Put a layer of tin foil and a layer of greased paper on the baking tray. Place the skewers on the baking tray with a toothpick. Heat up and down at 210 degrees for 20 minutes.

Tips:
Bake it for 20 minutes normally. I prefer a slightly burnt texture, so I bake it for another five minutes.
