Toothpick Beef

1. Cut beef into pieces, add oyster sauce and mix well

2. Add cooking wine to mutton

3. Put in light soy sauce

4. Add the five-spice powder and mix well

5. Add corn oil, mix well, and refrigerate for two hours. It can be a little longer and it will be more delicious. After marinating, skewers the meat with a toothpick.

6. Put a layer of tin foil and a layer of greased paper on the baking tray. Place the skewers on the baking tray with a toothpick. Heat up and down at 210 degrees for 20 minutes.

7. Plate.

Tips:

Bake it for 20 minutes normally. I prefer a slightly burnt texture, so I bake it for another five minutes.
