Top Soup with Straw Mushroom and Tofu

Prepare all the ingredients (the lean meat is marinated with peanut oil, salt and rice wine ten minutes before the lean meat is sliced).

Wash the straw mushrooms and tomatoes, cut them for later use, and prepare some shredded ginger.
