Tornado Beef Patties

Stir 400g noodles + 230ml water into a floc. Knead it in a bowl for at least 5 minutes with your hands. The more you knead it, the smoother it will become. Then, put a plastic wrap on the bowl and let it rest for 20 minutes. Prepare the meat filling during the standing process. After standing still, knead the bowl again with your hands for ten minutes.
