Tossed Cucumber

Soak the cucumbers in salt water for 5 minutes and then rinse them with a toothbrush (a toothbrush is provided in the kitchen to scrub vegetables such as cucumbers and bitter gourd). Cut the cucumbers into strips or smash randomly.
