Cut red pepper into cubes, garlic into cubes, green onion into segments

Peel one cucumber, use the peeling hair to cut out flaky strips, use a knife to cut off one side of the other cucumber, and then peel off the strips with a hand paring knife

The slices with cucumber skins are shaped like a flower in the plate

Place a peeled cucumber in the middle of the flower

Tips:
You can add some vinegar and sugar to make it taste fresher. I didn’t add vinegar because the kids told me not to put vinegar.
