Tremella and Papaya Soup

The white fungus is soaked in warm water.

Add water to a boil and blanch the lotus seeds.

After soaking, wash the white fungus, remove the roots, and tear into small pieces; peel the papaya and cut the seeds after removing the seeds; wash the red dates and remove the pits.

The blanched lotus seeds are cored.

Tips:
